“Remembering Yesterday, Caring Today” is a reminiscence project for people with dementia and their family carers who are still living at home. It has been running since 1997, when Pam Schweitzer devised the project with advice and support from experts in the field, including Professor Faith Gibson, Dr. Nori Graham and Errollyn Bruce, together with colleagues in the European Reminiscence Network. This short film shows the project in action at Age Exchange in 2000.
